Why should not sleep with your face covered?

Every living thing performs respiration. Breathing takes air through the nose and into the lungs. There, the blood takes in oxygen from the air and gives up carbon dioxide. By sleeping with your face covered, the carbon dioxide vapor cannot escape or the fresh air from outside cannot enter the bed. As a result, the polluted carbon dioxide that leaves the body re-enters the body. Which is harmful to the human body.
